I got the second book in this story ark first and read it before I realised so am now going to have to get the first one. This story basically comes down to the Lanterns form each Corp fighting along side each other and other living heroes and villains in the DC universe against the dead heroes and villains brought back to life by Black Lantern power. So it Zombies vs Superheroes.
